Have you seen our newly remodeled Fitness Center? We have painted, installed new flooring, re-arranged the equipment and hung some new TV’s. Check it out and cancel that expensive gym membership.

Pool Rules
-Persons under 14 accompanied by an adult.
-No glass, food or pets in or around pool area.
-Remove oils & Lotions before entering pool.
-Residents must accompany guest MAX 2 guests per apartment.
-Proper swimwear required.
-No running, boisterous play or excessive noise in pool area.
-Shallow water, no diving, Swim at your own risk.
-No lifeguard on duty.
Remember to be a GOOD NEIGHBOR:
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
-Make sure to pick up after your pet. Smells rise when the heat rises.
Be a GOOD RESIDENT:
Please dispose of your trash and cigarette butts properly, it’s not the maintenances responsibility.Their will be a $10.00 charge for every cig butt that maintenance has to pick up. If you leave your trash outside your apartment there will be a $25.00 fine for maintenance picking it up and dumping it, also if you do not throw your garbage inside the dumpster their and it is outside of the dumpster their will be charged a $50.00 fine.
MAINTENANCE
A/C FILTERS SHOULD BE REPLACED MONTHLY. CONTACT THE OFFICE IF YOU NEED YOURS REPLACED.
RENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST
